Menlo Park's Second District 

​The northeast portion of Menlo Park's second district is bound by Marsh Road, Bay Road and Highway 101.  It includes:  Flood Triangle, Suburban Park, Lorelei Manor  and The Lanes (Timothy Lane, Peggy Lane and Theresa Court).

The southwest section of the district  encompasses the Willows neighborhood. It is bound by Highway 101, Willow Road, Middlefield Road and San Francisquito Creek. The second district also includes the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs facility on Willow Road.

The district is home to a number of businesses, schools and parks including Laurel School Upper Campus, Alto School, Flood Park, Willow Oaks Park, The Willows Market and Cafe Zoe.
